Group Leader of Industrial Facilities
The Group Leader of Industrial Facilities will report to the Head of Engineering Services, who reports to the CTO. He/she will be responsible for the maintenance and major upgrades of our laboratories and production facilities in the Grenoble area, and possible future locations in France. The work will comprise several areas: electrical, hydraulic, gas and fluid supply and exhausts, “mezzanines” and other structures, cranes, reinforced and specially marked or protected concrete floors, HVAC, acoustic insulation, EHS infrastructures, etc. Maintenance of the offices and other areas, on the other hand, will be the responsibility of another colleague (Group Leader of Building Facilities, reporting to the COO).
The two and their respective teams will work closely with one another, as well as with external contractors, all whilst complying with safety requirements, regulations on ergonomics, the building, the “Code du travail”, and other legal obligations in France.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, responsive, anticipates needs, and has a growth mindset.
