- Develop production operating procedures in collaboration with process engineers.
* Quality management and regulatory compliance:
- In collaboration with quality management, develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure process control and performance of manufactured thin film superconductors.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements, support supplier initiatives.
- In collaboration with the EHS department, ensure requirements are met regarding chemical safety, storage, handling, and waste streams with a focus on MOCVD (metal organic chemical vapor deposition) process or experience in MOCVD process and material/film deposition.
* Scientific communication and monitoring:
- Monitor technological advances in the field of chemical processes and materials to identify new improvement opportunities.
- Prepare scientific reports (presentations, posters, etc.) and represent Renaissance Fusion at scientific conferences and workshops.
- Participate in the writing of scientific articles.
